ในแวดวงการแสดงไม่ว่าจะเป็นละคร หรือภาพยนตร์ ฯลฯ ผู้กำกับการแสดง ถือว่า เป็นผู้ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญอย่างใหญ่หลวง ที่จะทำให้การแสดงนั้นประสบกับความสำเร็จ คุณภาพดี มีมาตรฐาน บุคคลผู้นี้ได้ชื่อว่า "คนหลังฉาก" ซึ่งเป็นคนที่ไม่มีใครรู้จัก ซึ่งผิดกับดาราทั้งหลาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพระเอก นางเอก ดาวร้าย ตัวตลก หรือตัวประกอบ ย่อมเป็นที่รู้จักแก่คนทั่วไป

อิสลามเป็นศาสนาที่มุ่งเน้นในการเสริมสร้างสังคม โดยการให้เกียรติ การให้เกียรติต่อกันแสดงออกได้ในหลายรูปแบบ อาทิเช่น การให้ความเมตตาต่อผู้อาวุโสกว่า ท่านเราะซูล ได้ กำชับให้ผู้ที่อ่อนวัยกว่าจะต้องให้เกียรติต่อผู้อาวุโสกว่า ท่านอัมร อิบนุซุอัยบ รายงานจากบิดาของท่าน จากปู่ของท่านกล่าวว่า ท่านเราะซูล กล่าวว่า "ไม่ใช่พวกเราสำหรับผู้ที่ไม่เมตตาผู้น้อยของเรา และไม่รู้จักสิทธิของผู้ใหญ่ของเรา"
